Rollup merge of #72889 - alexcrichton:update-wasm-threads, r=nikomatsakis

rustc: Remove the `--passive-segments` LLD flag on wasm

This flag looks like it's been removed in LLVM 10, so this removes rustc
unconditionally passing the flag.
