compiler: add simd_ctpop intrinsic Fairly straightforward addition. cc `@rust-lang/opsem` new (extremely boring) intrinsic
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
