Match hyphen in multi-revision comment matchers Currently, the matcher `//[rev-foo,rev-bar]~` does not get selected by the regex. Change the matcher to include `-`.
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
