Vadim Petrochenkov a6808335d4 rustc_span: Ident::invalid -> Ident::empty ...

The equivalent for `Symbol`s was renamed some time ago (`kw::Invalid` -> `kw::Empty`), and it makes sense to do the same thing for `Ident`s.
