Waffle Lapkin d42f7ea7ca fixup debugger files wrt to MaybeDangling ...

- fixup `BTreeMap` gdb provider
- fixup `ManuallyDrop` natvis thingy

Now that `MaybeUninit` contains `ManuallyDrop` which contains
`MaybeDangling` (tbc this is the addition), we need to unwrap one more
layer.
