disable naked-dead-code-elimination test if no RET mnemonic is available

this test emit x86_64 specific ret asm instruction and should not be compiled on any other arch.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
