Remove `LangItems::require` It's just a short wrapper used by `tcx.require_lang_item`. Deleting it gives us a negative diff.
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
