Add bootstrap snapshot tests for {`install`, `install src`}
And `install src` with `build.docs = false`.
This is mostly to get coverage for the baseline to make it easier to review rust-lang/rust#150845.
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
