Stabilize noop_waker Tracking Issue: #98286 This is a handy feature that's been used widely in tests and example async code and it'd be nice to make it available to users. cc `@rust-lang/wg-async`
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
