Moulins 7f109086ee Track (partial) niche information in NaiveLayout 
Still more complexity, but this allows computing exact `NaiveLayout`s
for null-optimized enums, and thus allows calls like
`transmute::<Option<&T>, &U>()` to work in generic contexts.
