Pass a `TyCtxt` through to `FormatRender` This is the next step after https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/79957 for https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/76382. Eventually I plan to use this to remove `stability`, `const_stability`, and `deprecation` from `Item`, but that needs more extensive changes (in particular, https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/75355 or something like it). This directory contains the source code of the rust project, including:
- The test suite
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like rustdoc, rls, etc.
