Nicholas Nethercote 4e4092f8cc rustc_codegen_ssa: use more consistent naming.

Ensure:
- builders always have a `bx` suffix;
- backend basic blocks always have an `llbb` suffix,
- paired builders and basic blocks have consistent prefixes.
