rustdoc: add comment to confusing CSS `main { min-width: 0 }`
This CSS was added in cad0fce205, but the reason why it was necessary was unclear. This comment makes it clear.
This directory contains the source code of the rust project, including:
- The test suite
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, etc.
