c6e6ecb1af added it to some of the
compiler's crates, but avoided adding it to all of them to reduce
bit-rot. This commit adds to more.The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR,
and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code
that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
