Run Windows-only tests only on Windows This removes the need to maintain an ignore-list of all other OSs. See https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/102305 for a similar change.
This directory contains the source code of the rust project, including:
- The test suite
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, etc.
