Tiny cleanup to size assertions

The need to write `#[cfg(target_arch = "x86_64")]` twice mildly annoys me, the full paths look better in comparison.

The syntax crate contains those things concerned purely with syntax that is, the AST ("abstract syntax tree"), parser, pretty-printer, lexer, macro expander, and utilities for traversing ASTs.
