Introduce `AliasKind::Inherent` for inherent associated types Allows us to check (possibly generic) inherent associated types for well-formedness. Type inference now also works properly. This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
