0e861ccb9e
Fix unsoundness in bootstrap cache code Discovered via #105575, which showed that rustc was failing to build during a perf run.
This directory contains the source code of the rust project, including:
- The test suite
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, etc.
